For a more relaxing option, try the Winter Warmth Cozy Relaxation Massage.  Deep tissue, deeply relaxing massage with good smells and no stress about anything!

What makes this different than any other massage you've had?

Structural Integration (SI) Massage is a myofascial style, which is more profound than traditional Swedish-style massages and brings longer lasting pain relief and relaxation

While SI is a deep tissue kind of massage, it isn't deep-deep, painful or uncomfortably intense.  Most descriptions from clients range from "feels amazing" to "hurts so good"

You will get better.  Sometimes right after the massage.  With regular treatments, I can relieve many problems completely, including big ones.  Some issues I've had major success in treating are:

thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS), sciatica based on muscle impingement, chronic headaches, whiplash pain, pain from athletic overuse, lower back pain, chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia symptoms, calf cramping, sitting-all-day posture, head forward position and plantar fascia

You and I will know what needs to be fixed because we will know your body.  I do a complementary postural assessment with every client, and this results in us both knowing your body better, and being able to quickly target any problems.  I've found that my clients really enjoy and learn from these assessments.

I've worked at beautiful and luxurious spas and given many, many relaxation massages.  Relaxation combined with myofascial massage is deeply relaxing massage experience that relaxes your body but also your mind and spirit.  Be careful about having to go to work after getting one of these!

I have been a massage therapist for almost 10 years.  I've worked in high-end spas and insurance massage.  A lot of client feedback is about how "professional" I am.  You will be comfortable here, whether that means that we have a nice talk or are quiet for the whole time.  It is your massage and I want you to enjoy yourself!

Using Health Insurance

PIP/car accident insurance and L&I/workers comp insurance accepted with copay if necessary

Private insurance:  I am currently not a preferred provider for Premera BlueCross, Regence or Aetna.  If you believe that you have massage coverage, I can write you a superbill that has all the info your insurance needs and you can submit it to them for reimbursement.  This will require out- of-pocket payment at the time of the massage.
